- No canceled flights and stranded travelers.
- Smooth communication between our systems and the airlines. (I'm looking at you, Porter.)
- To avoid flighty admins.
- No serious system problems on our side. Or problems so severe that they just knock us out.
- A day that feels short and productive.

Let us know how it goes.
I'm with you on short and productive.
No serious problems but five hours seemed like ten.
You must not have been dealing with SFO today. They delayed everything. I got there 10 minutes before my meeting.
Now if you can just make sure I get out on my 6:15 tomorrow morning... (you would be so much more helpful than my resource - even when I yelled & screamed at you & blamed you for weather delays, I just know it)
Meigan, I was fortunate to miss any SFO drama. I hope that your morning flight went well today. And yes, you'll never find a calmer, more patient travel agent tell you that "unfortunately, you'll need to talk to the airline about that".
