Random (World Cup Related)

The FP Gal has been watching too much soccer this week. She noticed a baseball game with the Twins losing 8-3 to the Phillies. The first thought that came into her mind was that 11 points is a lot to be scored in a game . . .

For what it's worth, this afternoon I was also watching WC coverage, while watching the Twins fall apart in true Red-Sox-like fashion.

Andrew, I was trying to find a neutral term for 'each individual score'. And no, we broke for dinner and didn't come back to the game.

That's completely forgivable, then. I was seeing that scene from Ferris Bueller with Jeffrey Jones when I initially read this.
