The Wii Fit uses the whole catalog of Miis that you've got stored on your set. They jog and throw hula hoops for you. They also dance with you during step aerobics. Right now the FP Gal is dancing between a Ninja and a younger version of myself (who I enjoy golfing with). It's like a cross between Austinaires and an acid trip.
(A few minutes later.) And now she's catching hula hoops from myself and Groucho Marx on the set of a cheesy 70's game show. I love this thing!
