In the car this morning:
Relia: Do you like Nana and Granpa [the FP Gal's folks]? Me: Of course. They're very nice to me. Relia: (pause) They don't hit you. Me: Uh, no, they don't.

Yeah, I told mom & dad I really liked you, and to please refrain from the traditional "boyfriend pummeling" when they met you.
