Um, I kind of disagree with her #10 - once a cruiser, always a cruiser. I did it once & had a lovely time, but I will try to avoid cruises in the future.
We had zero planning beforehand (DH surprised me - I didn't know where we were going until we were at the airport) & it didn't matter. We just went with the flow & had a blast.
But next time I'd rather see Alaska from the land, not the sea!
